About Perspective Appraisals

Pam Purdy is the Owner of Perspective Appraisals. Pam is a Designated Appraiser Residential (DAR) and Certified Appraisal Reviewer with over 20 years of appraisal experience. 

She her career and education in 2005 as a Candidate Residential Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) . In 2011, she decided to continue her career and education with the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA).  In 2011, she obtained  her Designated Appraiser Residential (DAR) designation and obtained her Certified Appraisal Reviewer Designation in 2020.
